In her second Malayalam movie, she played the role of a Ghost who falls in love with the hero, in the movie 'Vismayathumbathu' opposite Malayalam superstar Mohanlal. The movie did not live up to its high expectations and failed to do well at the box office. She then acted in one more Malayalam film opposite Mohanlal, 'Natturajavu' before moving over to Tamil movies.
